Please join us for a few good jokes! According to the New York Times (November 2022), laughter, humor, and feeling amused can lead to “increases in optimism, feeling in control and life satisfaction.” Have some jokes, rhymes or riddles at the ready to share and we will laugh along with you. You don’t have to memorize your joke; if you want to, you may read it out loud!  We might watch a clip featuring a comedian, too.  Humor alone won’t cure what ails you – but it can sure help you feel much better.
