Alzheimer's/Dementia Resources

Club Memory is an informal stigma-free supportive social club for people with early-stage Alzheimer’s, mild cognitive impairment or other forms of dementia, and their care partners.

Our purpose is to provide hope and a supportive stigma-free social community for people living with early cognitive impairment. Who is this for?  Any type of memory problem is welcome, including Alzheimer’s and other types of dementia.

The Club is for those able to drive themselves or be accompanied by a care partner during their visit to the Club. Club Memory care partners may be a spouse, partner, neighbor, family, friends or paid care partner.
