The Power of Forgiveness; Forgiving Ourselves and Others

 When we have let others down or have been hurt by people, forgiveness can seem unrealistic. Yet our willingness alone enables us to meet the suffering of ourselves and others with a kind heart. This is what will enable us to gradually let go. In this retreat, participants will engage in practices that are rooted in compassion and wisdom and will foster the change that we desire.

Kelsang Varahi is a retired physician.  Over the past several years she has worked as a Bereavement Counselor and Chaplain for a local hospice and has led support groups and workshops in the Washington Metropolitan Area.
